What makes MPT App Training different?

I will first gather results from performance tests and create your introduction program.

Performance tests include not limited to Broad Jump, Pro Agility, 40 Yard Dash, Tempo Push-ups, Pull-ups, and Tempo Squats. These tests will occur every 3-months. All data is collected and put into a personal progression graph. (This does not apply to international product purchases. They can be conducted but data tracking will vary. I will contact you with further explanation)

Introduction program includes foundational movements to create progressive strength to power.

Programs are focused on periodization and go on a 4-6 weeks cycle.

Focuses of speed,agility, quickness, reactive strength, and coordination are implemented into all programs.

Nutritional guidance will also be available. (This does not apply to international product purchases)

Every month we will have a Zoom overview meeting to discuss the next program focus and to answer any questions. (This does not apply to international product purchases)

I am available 24/7 through the app messaging system.

Coach will send you an email after you have connected or purchased with the next steps on how to create and gain access to your app profile.
