What Makes MPT App Training Different?

Before your program begins, Coach Marrero will gather your performance testing results and use them to create your personalized introduction program.

Performance Testing Includes:

  • Broad Jump

  • Pro Agility 5-10-5

  • 40 Yard Dash

  • Tempo Push-Ups

  • Tempo Squats

Testing will be repeated every 3 months to track progress throughout the year.

All testing data will be collected and organized into a personal progress graph so athletes can clearly see their improvements over time.

For international purchases, performance testing can still be conducted, but data tracking may vary. Coach Marrero will contact you with further explanation.

Program Structure

Each athlete will begin with an introduction program focused on foundational movement quality, strength development, and building the base needed to progress toward power and performance.

Programs are built using periodization and typically run in 4–6 week training cycles.

Training focuses may include:

  • Strength Development

  • Power Development

  • Speed

  • Agility

  • Quickness

  • Reactive Strength

  • Coordination

  • Mobility

  • Core Stability

  • Athletic Movement Quality

Each program is designed to progress the athlete safely while improving performance qualities that transfer to sport.

Coaching Support

Athletes will receive coaching support directly through the app.

This includes:

  • 24/7 access through the app messaging system

  • Monthly Zoom overview meeting to discuss the next program focus

  • Guidance and answers to training questions

  • Nutritional guidance when applicable

Monthly Zoom meetings and nutritional guidance do not apply to international product purchases.

How to Get Started

After you connect or purchase the program, Coach Marrero will send an email with the next steps on how to create and access your app profile.

Please download MyPTHub from the App Store and complete all required E-Files, including the athlete questionnaire.

Once everything is completed, Coach Marrero will review your information and contact you to discuss the best plan moving forward.
